Paano kumuha ng OEC

THIS PROCESS APPLIES ONLY FOR NEW OR FIRST TIME OFWs WHO GOT HIRED OVERSEAS DIRECTLY WITHOUT PASSING THE POEA PROCESS IN THE PHILIPPINES.

Step 1

Prepare the following documents:

1. Original passport, with two (2) photocopies
2. Original visa page from passport, with two (2) photocopies
3. Two (2) photocopy of employment contract
4. Flight schedule (BMonline will ask for flight dates)

Step 2

Register online to create a new POEA Returning Working account: http://bmonline.ph

Step 3

Log-in from your http://bmonline.ph account and create an appointment:

1. You need to type in your flight date
2. You need to select a region/location where you want to schedule for an appointment
3. Pick an available slot, you can see the dates and the available slots for a particular time:

Step 4

Go to your appointment date at least 15minutes before schedule. Wear proper clothes (no slippers, sando, shorts).

Step 5

1. STEP1 - Sign the attendance and get OWWA form, usually this is at the outside waiting area
2. STEP2 - Have your contract validated, POEA will look at your contract, stamped it as validated, and one copy will be given to you. (In UAE this is  40AED)
3. STEP3 - Register to OWWA. (In UAE this is 95AED valid for 2years)
4. STEP4 - Submit all docs for OEC (In UAE this is 10AED valid for 60days)

(This will be your OEC, sample only for reference). Notice the validity of 60days only. You will need to show this to Philippines immigration every time you go out of the country within the date of validity.
